THE next Lunchtime Recital at the Rachel Fowler Centre will be on Thursday 22nd February and is going to be the incredibly popular Conchordia, says organiser Lesley Windebank.
“This is a group of four very talented and musical friends led by Carol Rigby on the keyboard. There will be fun and enjoyment for all.
“Two weeks later, on Thursday 7th March we welcome back Nick Goodall who was head of music at Stonar School before his retirement. He will be performing on the piano and he is bringing along Sue Sharp, another Stonar teacher, who will be singing some Mozart songs.
“The recitals all begin at 12.30pm and last about 45 minutes. There is no charge but donations towards the expenses of the Rachel Fowler Centre are always welcomed.”
