THERE is still time to catch Santa, his reindeer and Post Box on the Lions’ Christmas float that has been doing rounds in Melksham.
So far, Santa has been seen at the town’s Christmas light switch-on event, at Leekes, the Co-op on Blackmore Road, in the Longford Road area, The King’s Arms Hotel and Foundry Close.
Below is a list of the rest of the places where you can spot Santa in the run-up to Christmas.
Local shops
• Asda – Saturday and Sunday 9th and 10th December from 10am to 4pm.
• Waitrose – Friday 15th December from 12 noon to 4pm.
• Sainsbury’s – Saturday and Sunday 16th and 17th December from 10am to 4pm.
• Lidl – Sunday 24th December from 10am to 4pm
He will also be going around the streets on the following dates:
• Forest Road Area – Tuesday 12th December from 6pm to 7:30 pm.
• Queensway Area – Wednesday 13th December from 6pm to 7:30pm.
• Pathfinder/Halifax Roads Area – Thursday 21st December from 6pm to 7pm.

Santa and his sleigh will be at the following static sites:
• George Ward Estate – Friday 8th December from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm
• Roundponds – Friday 8th December from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
• Skylark Road – Wednesday 20th December from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
• Verbena Court – Wednesday 20th December from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
