THE ‘Atworth on Show’ returns to the village next week.
The event, organised by The White Hart pub, is being held on Sunday 26th September at the pub, from 9am to 5pm.
Categories at this year’s show include vegetables, fruit, baking, preserves, gin, crafts, flowers, and categories for children.
The White Hart says, “Get stitching and sewing, making and baking. Get picking and brewing, jamming and making!
“We had a fantastic turn out at last year’s show, given the circumstances, with 101 entries bringing in £89, plus produce sales and donations raising an additional £53.50 – all for The White Hart community fund. We are hoping for another amazing year this year!”
Entry forms are available from the pub or can be downloaded from the website – they must be completed and applicable fees paid by 9pm on Wednesday 22nd September. Each entry costs adults £1 and for children, it’s 50p.
