HELP in Holt’s Christmas campaign raised nearly £4,700.
The money, collected through donations, enabled the group to purchase 36 Asda vouchers worth £130, which were distributed to families and individuals in need via the schools, St Katharine’s Church and The Hub. “The amount donated at the close was £4,692, an amazing amount for a small village,” said a spokesperson for Help in Holt.
“We’ve had some really appreciative responses via the distributors from some of the recipients for whom this money has ‘made their Christmas’.”
