Commercial property agents, Hooton’s, has said that the building is ‘coming soon’ to its listings of available properties. They describe the building as “suitable for a wide range of uses.”
Lloyds Bank announced the closure of 41 of its branches last month, including Melksham, blaming a decline in visits by customers. The Melksham branch, on the High Street, will close on 15th February next year.
