Melksham Netball Team had a ‘great result’ at their match on Thursday 24th November with a win over local rivals, Holt.
The team says, “Melksham had only seven members of their team available so, with no substitutes available, we were ready for a hard march. After the first quarter, the score was Melksham 7 Holt 13. Defence worked really hard as did the shooters and the second quarter was level.
“Amazing play continued by all the team for the third and fourth quarters, ending in the final result being Melksham 34 Holt 29. Congratulations to Kelly who got pom (player of match)!
