Megaslam Wrestling, one of Europe’s premier touring organisations, comes to Melksham for the very first time in their history on Friday 27th February with a date at the Assembly Hall.
The Melksham venue has been promised ‘two hours of non-stop family entertainment’ and will feature a splash of American TV Wrestling alongside traditional British wrestling. The show will feature over 12 professionals, including one former WWE Wrestling Superstar.
Frankie Sloan is a name most grapple fans will have heard of, as a British star he was the tag team partner of Robbie Brookside to form the Liverpool Lads, often facing Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks and Kendo Nagasaki and in 2010 appeared on the WWE’s ECW programme, facing former WWE Champion, Vladimir Koslov. The legendary competitor from Crosby will step into the ring on the 27th.
Joining him will be fellow Merseysider, Ringo Ryan, Megaslam Wrestling World Champion, Bully Boy Carter, ‘The Warrior’ Paul Malen and Ladies challenger, Lana Austin. Brad Taylor of Megaslam said, “The show appeals to all ages, we present a truly family friendly experience, there’s nothing quite like it.”
Now in it’s 6th year, Megaslam, who refers to itself as ‘The Daddy of Entertainment’ will feature five action packed bouts which will culminate in this year’s spectacular, a Tables Match!
