MEMBERS and guests of Avon Bowls Club enjoyed a pleasant afternoon of bowls on Men’s Captain’s Day, Saturday 23rd September.
Captain Colin Easton hosted the event and the games were followed by a fine repast conjured up by the lady members.
Colin’s comment on the day was that, “The weather was good, the company was great, the bowling was fun and the refreshments were superb! My thanks to everyone who was involved in helping to make the day such a success!”
