FIFTY riders completed the fourth edition of the YAW100K cycle sportive, starting out from Melksham Town Football and following a playfully undulating 100-kilometre course across Salisbury Plan, through the Avon Valley and across the edge of the Marlborough Downs.
The fastest rider completed the route in 3-hours 37 minutes and the tail-riders coming in under five and a half hours. All finishers were rewarded for their endeavours with a medal and High5 goody pack.
The event has raised £800 for young persons’ charity, Youth Action Wiltshire.
