DRAGONSLAIR Mixed Martial Arts is celebrating a young fighter’s victory, another travelling to train in the USA, and many more preparing to fight at a big local event in April.
A number of Dragonslair MMA’s fighters have been enjoying wins and new directions in recent weeks. 15 year-old Jack Eglin took home a victory from his K1 kickboxing fight in Yeovil.
Experienced mixed martial artist Bradley Scott has flown to Arizona to begin his training camp for a fight in Adelaide, Australia in May. At least another 10 fighters are training to take part in Total Takedown at Trowbridge Civic Hall in April.
Trainer Stu Pike said, “The club has been going from strength to strength. For such a small club in a small town we hold our own against some of the best in the country.
“I am extremely proud of all our fighters from the young dragons up and coming, to our pro guys who compete at high level.
“We also have plenty of students who just train for fun and fitness, you don’t have to fight to train with us! Alongside Brad we also have two title fights coming up on May 16th with Scott Clist and Ashlee Westover competing, also plenty of inter club competitions for the younger ones.
“We’d like to thank the continued support of our partners TrojanFit and BadBoy Supplements”
