MELKSHAM Lions Club has presented a cheque to the Melksham Air Squadron in recognition of the help that the squadron has given the Lions in various undertakings during 2013.
Simon White, activities chairman for the Lions, handed over a cheque for £600 to Flight Lieutenant R. Coe of 2358 Melksham Air Squadron to assist the cadets in their activities.
Their help included helping on the Lions Santa Sleigh round at Christmas, as well as helping to collect from local houses.
