Melksham Town face Laverstock & Ford tomorrow night, 18th February, in the semi-final of the Wiltshire Premier Shield with a 7.45pm kick off at the Meads of Melksham Community Football Stadium.
The Premier Shield is the top cup competition in the county featuring the highest placed clubs in Wiltshire from professional to Step 5 including League Two side Swindon Town FC, who face Westbury United in the other semi-final.
Town last won the competition in 2000 and will go into the tie as favourites against Laverstock & Ford who are based near Salisbury and play in the Wessex League Premier Division, Step 5 of the National League System, the level below Melksham.
Town earned a place in the semi-final with a 3-1 win over Highworth Town in November.
Tickets are a fiver for adults, £4 for concessions and Under 18’s £2. As this is a Wiltshire Premier Shield game, it is an all pay fixture.
