THERE’S some great entertainment lined up at Spencer Sport and Social Club, so get the dates in your diary and don’t miss a thing.
On Saturday 30th January from 7pm till late, professional motown tribute act Motown in Motion fronted by the fantastic Roy Terrel will guarantee a night of great live music.
This is a full soul and Motown package with songs sung from all the greats of soul. Motown in Motion do a tribute to all the great soul songs of the 50s 60s 70s and 80s and their set list includes Marvyn Gaye and The Temptations. There will also be a Motown disco on the night so you can dance the night away. Tickets cost £9.50.
Then on Saturday 6th February from 7pm till late, a four piece 50s and 60s rock ‘n’ roll band will have you dancing throughout the evening with their lively set list of rock ‘n’ roll classics.
Roger Dee’s Nostalgia Disco will also be providing the music to keep you on the dance floor. Tickets £9.
