IT was all hands on deck to help with the arrival of Melksham’s Christmas tree which stands in the Market Place.
Last year was thought to be the tallest tree, but onlookers as the tree was being erected last week, said they felt this year’s could be bigger.

It was chosen, organised and decorated by Melksham’s Christmas Lights Group, who are volunteers that each year turn Melksham into a festive wonderland.
The tree was transported from Longleat on the back of a flat bed lorry.
