Sue Ryder held a Christmas Fundraiser on Saturday 21st December, with a special visit from Santa!
Tracie Winslow, manager said, “On the day we had a tombola, lucky dip and served tea, coffee and homemade cakes. Santa met lots of children in his grotto and gave them a present. Sadly, the weather wasn’t kind and it rained all day, so a big thank you to all that came along and supported us!
“We also held a Christmas draw throughout December, to win a huge dolls house, and 29 other prizes. Well done to Victoria Hewer for winning the first prize. We raised £303.52 altogether which will go towards the care homes to help patients with life limiting illness.
“Again, thank you to my loyal volunteers and customers for their support.”
