MELKSHAM will be bouncing off the walls this week when The Bounce House – a brand new trampoline park like nothing else in the area – opens at Boomerang on Friday 15th July.
The Bounce House is an exciting new play area for children and adults of all ages, with 42 trampolines including two of competition quality, a foam pit, a football goal and gladiator games – the sky’s the limit!
The £150,000 project has seen a warehouse and laser games area at the child’s play centre in Bowerhill transformed into the only trampoline park for miles around.
Managing director Gary Cooke can’t wait to get it up and running. Gary told Melksham News, “Everything is going really well. The trampolines are all set up, we’ve trained everyone and we’re excited to get going on Friday. We had the idea for this after visiting one in Bristol. It’s so much fun and amazingly popular. There isn’t one like it between Bristol and Swindon, so we’re hoping to bring local people something special.
“I’m expecting big things. The trampolines are so much fun and when you add in the bits like the foam pit and the football, it really is like nothing else. Boomerang is for children but The Bounce House is definitely for teenagers and adults too – if you can walk, you can bounce! It’s a fun way to keep fit for anyone. Spend an hour on a trampoline and I guarantee you’ll be exhausted.
“We think it’s a great new addition to Melksham and we’re really excited to get bouncing. Give it a go and tell us what you think!”
The Bounce House is open to adults and children (under six year-olds must be accompanied) and people are advised to book sessions in advance. For more information follow ‘Bounce House’ on Facebook or to book your session call 01225 702000.
