CHRISTIE Miller is holding two fitness classes for charity in the next week in aid of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
On Sunday 9th October at 10am there will be a Neon Zumba class, and customers are encouraged to wear neon clothing and the centre will supply glow sticks for a unique exercise atmosphere.
Then, on Monday 10th October at 8pm, a special circuits class will take place. All proceeds from both sessions will go to the Breast Cancer Care charity.
“The two classes are suitable for everyone, no matter what your fitness levels,” explained Des Regan, general manager at the centre. “So whether you have been to the classes before or are an absolute beginner, why not come along and raise money for a great cause?”
