LEEKES employees have supported two local girls in cycling the equivalent distance of a round-trip from Chippenham to Big Ben in London, raising £200 for charity.
Using fitness bikes, Leekes staff members, Anthea Martin and Craig Burbidge, joined pupils Darcy and Eoifa from Hardenhuish School, to cycle a total of 200 miles between them on Sunday 21st January.
The event was the idea of the students who had been challenged by their school to take £1 and grow and raise funds for Cancer Research UK.
