A YOUNG entrepreneur has launched her very own cookie business during the lockdown period.
Six year old Sofia Menghini-Nicholls, who has aspirations of taking the cookie world by storm is selling homemade cookies via her own Facebook page.
Sofia’s mother, Melissa Menghini said, “This has been some lockdown holiday fun for Sofia. She wants to own a cookie business when she’s older – so I told her that she needs to start making cookies and get some practise in!
“She has been doing it for three weeks now and it has gone really well, she recently had an order for 50 cookies from a local restaurant, and has an upcoming order of 75 cookies for another business!”
